List Guidelines
If you have already read the Guidelines previously and just need to adjust your subscription,
you may skip to the Subscription Processing Form, or to review previous Safety Report Tips

1. The OldLouSafety Report List is for general notification of Safety issues that the Louisville Metro Police Department, and specifically the Fifth District office, feels need to be brought to the prompt attention of the community's businesses and residents.
2. The OldLouSafety Report List is a controlled list, in that only notifications from the Fifth District Police station will be sent out.
3. This list is for distribution of information, not for receiving notification of problems or concerns. There are many possible resources for you to notify regarding emergency and non-emergency situations.

4. Any person that signs up for the OldLouSafety Report list is assured that their email address will not be distributed or used for any other purpose. You may Un-Subscribe at anytime, by using the form below, or the Un-Subscribe link listed on every Safety Report email that is sent.
5. The OldLouSafety Report List is sponsored by the Old Louisville Chamber of Commerce but the content of the notifications is from the Louisville Metro Police Department's Fifth District office.

If you do not receive an automated response within a few hours, more than likely the email address you entered above was some how incorrect and the system was not able to process the request. In that case, try re-submitting your request (don't worry it will only accept one subscription per email address). If you still have problem, contact helper@ud.net.

NOTE: A space or extra "period" can cause an address to be rejected. Any time we get email that has been refused by an internet mail host due to improper address, we delete that name from the mailing list. If you have not received any response, this might be the case. We suggest you re-submit your subscription.
